Stage I: Analysis, Diagnosis, and Strategy:

1.3. Definition of semiological and graphic needs, as well as communication tones in relation to the different target markets in which the brand will operate.

The system should allow for:

Showcasing the full range of products offered.
Featuring a high-quality graphic interface and extending the corporate image.
Easy access to the sections identified as key.
Including links to social media.
Adaptation to different mobile devices.
Including advanced contact forms.

Website:

Design Solutions:
Graphic design of the website, navigation optimization, and responsive WordPress layout. Graphic design, strategy, communication, internal banners, and navigation for the development of the Service Website, including a Mercado Pago payment gateway.
Platform Administrator User Dynamics:
The platform administrator will be able to add products and manage advertising banners, defining new entries, images, links, and durations.

Graphic Design, Layout, and Technologies to Be Used:
All necessary screens will be graphically designed to ensure proper subsequent website layout.

Once the overall design is approved, the programming stage will proceed in WooCommerce under WordPress technology. This requires a server capable of creating multidomains. It is essential to have the WordPress Manager by Softaculous software pre-installed for portal development.

Section, Brand, and Product Upload:
The administrator dashboard will allow the creation of product categories and subcategories. Each product will include the following features:

Regular price and discounted price.
SKU.
Inventory status: in stock, out of stock, or available for pre-order.
Option to associate related products.
Short and full product description.
Photo gallery.

Shopping Cart:
The shopping cart will offer the following functionalities:

Product quantity selection.
Total price calculation.
Option to apply a discount coupon.
Order request with all the necessary information for Logia to complete the sale.
Order Process:
Entering Personal Information: Users will enter their personal information during the order process to facilitate product delivery.
Email Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent, serving as proof of contact.
Order Registration in the Dashboard: Each order placed will be automatically recorded in the administrator’s dashboard, making sales management and tracking easier.
Product Upload:
The required products will be uploaded to activate the website.

Considerations for Development:

Formal matters for the execution of the project.

1 – Work Team:
At the outset, both parties must define their respective teams and the communication framework between them. Any changes to the client’s resources must be communicated to Ambrand, and in the event of delays caused by such changes, these will be evaluated accordingly.
2 – Development Location and Working Hours:
Ambrand operates Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on public holidays and non-working days.

3 – Proposal Validity:
This proposal will remain valid for 15 days from the date it is delivered to the client. If the client does not formally accept the proposal within this period, it will automatically expire without the need for further notice.

4 – Confidentiality:
The information contained in this document is confidential and proprietary. The material within is the intellectual property of Ambrand and may not be distributed under any circumstances. Ambrand commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the client’s data and information, ensuring that no details related to the client’s activities or strategies will be disclosed outside the organization.

5 – Change Control:
The client must present the scope of the change through a document following the format below:
1 – Definition of the change.

Objective: Description of the objective of the change.
Modified and/or added requirements: List of requirements that are modified and/or added as new to the original scope.
Description of the change: Description of the requirements listed in the previous point.
Impact of the change: Description of the impact the change generates on the various work deliverables.
6 – Included:
Progress meetings.
Creation of the global brand strategy.
Development and delivery of the original brand system and branding materials.
Design of the general brand manual.
Delivery of original files in digital format.
Sending of original files via WeTransfer.
Creation of a social media manual.
Design of all elements described in this quotation.
Copywriting.

7 – Not Included:
Professional photo shoots and professional digital retouching.
3D modeling of complete environments or retouching.
Contracting of all media, both physical and virtual, for the dissemination and communication of strategies and campaigns.
Printing services and costs.
Purchase of digital stock images.
Hiring of a professional illustrator.
Cost of the server to host the website and emails.
8 – Legal:
Ambrand advises the client to register the brand with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Ambrand will not be held responsible for any future contingencies related to this matter.
9 – Delays:
Ambrand is not responsible for undefined requirements or changes to information during the execution of the work, which may cause delays in the scheduled delivery time and additional charges to the initial budget.

10 – Contracting:
Acceptance of all terms and conditions of this proposal, as well as the initiation of the work, will be formalized through the signing of this document in duplicate by a representative of the client and a representative of Ambrand, along with payment of the agreed advance.
